At Clyrone, we sell digital products such as games, software, gift cards, and subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a product key, code, or download link has been delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive working and valid products.

2. No Refund for Activated/Used Products

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been:

  • Activated or redeemed.
  • Downloaded or accessed after purchase.
  • Delivered successfully to your provided email or account.

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • The product key or code is invalid or not working.
  • You were charged but did not receive your product within the stated delivery time.
  • The product delivered is different from what you purchased.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@clyrone.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Screenshot or video proof showing the issue.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any issue.
